In 15 minutes: look at an example, write your first document, get the Word or PDF file. The application runs in your browser (Chrome or Edge recommended): nothing is sent over the internet.
-
Look at an example
Menu File › Work instruction example (or Procedure example). Go through the 4 steps in the left column: Identification, Flow, Summary, Generation. Click Flowchart preview (step 2) to see the drawing.
-
Describe your organisation (optional)
File › Process map: import the PDF of your process map, enter your processes, or load “Example”. Identification then offers your processes, your area (Management, Realisation, Support, Verification) and your codes.
-
Start your document
File › New document, then choose Procedure (level 2) or Work instruction (level 3). Fill in step 1, Identification.
-
Write the flow
In step 2, one instruction at a time: a verb in the infinitive form, 5 words at most, one role, what comes in and what goes out. The pills add a specific feature (check, decision, delay, indicator…).
-
Check
The coloured bar at the bottom counts errors and warnings against the rules of the language (click it to expand). In step 3, review the summary then approve it: step 4 opens.
-
Generate and save
In step 4, download the Word file or save as PDF. Save button: a .json file to keep; Open a file to resume it. Your draft lives in the browser: clearing its data erases it.

- Procedure: 6 roles at most; 5 to 10 instructions; 5 A4 pages at most; flowchart text readable (5.5 pt minimum).
